• All furniture, floors, carpeting, etc. is  protected from start to finish with clean plastic or canvas drop cloths.

• Any furniture moved, will be replaced in same order.

• Cracks, holes and surfaces in walls and woodwork are to be filled, sanded smooth and primed.

• Glossy surfaces are to be dulled by sanding or undercoating to ensure proper paint adhesion.

• There is to be no paint on window panes, carpets, floors, anything.
